You must include a copy of original purchase receipt with a precise description of the fault. Also please send a self addressed return Australia Post Satchel. If no satchel is sent, then Freight charges of $9.95 will apply to any return deliveries.

Do not return your Polar product to anyone other than Sport Monitors. We will not be responsible for any works performed by any other repairer or Polar Service Centre and as such, will void the 2 year warranty.
